1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 366bet platform and all associated services. "Platform" refers to 366bet's website, mobile app, and any digital services provided. "User" or "Member" refers to any registered account holder.

"Services" refers to sports betting, live casino, slots, Keno, Mines, and other gaming activities operated by 366bet. "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka.

By registering on the platform or starting to use any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms. 366bet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the services after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 366bet, you must be 21 years of age or older. If this age requirement is not met at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in those accounts being closed and the associated balances and bonuses being cancelled.

2.3 Registration Information

The following information must be provided accurately when opening an account:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth
• A valid email address

Providing false or incomplete information will cause account verification to fail and payments may be withheld. 366bet may request additional identification documents at any time if needed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 366bet support team immediately. If account credentials are shared with a third party, full responsibility for any activity that follows lies with the user.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact the support team with proof of the transaction.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — that was used to make the deposit.

3.3 Verification Process

Identity documents may be required before processing large withdrawals or for account verification. 366bet reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until verification is complete. The ownership of the payment method must match the account details.

3.4 Illegal Transactions

If any illegal or suspicious transaction is detected, 366bet may immediately block the transaction and suspend the associated account. Using a third party's payment method for transactions is prohibited.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed. Bonus funds are not direct cash; winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.

4.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion on 366bet — including the weekly recharge festival, slot adventure bonus, cricket deposit offer, birthday gift, and refer-a-friend premium bonus — has its own specific terms. The validity period, maximum amount, and wagering requirements for each offer are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A specific bonus may be claimed only once per account, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Once a bonus is claimed, that amount cannot be cancelled or cashed out.
• If bets placed with bonus funds violate the terms, the results of those bets may be voided.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• If a member is suspected of abusing the bonus system, 366bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus.

4.4 VIP Program

Active members can progressively advance through five VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level; Diamond members receive up to a maximum of 1.0% cashback on their net weekly losses. 366bet reserves the right to change cashback rates and benefits.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 366bet reserves the right to cancel or reassess a bet if an event is abandoned, a technical error occurs, or there is an obvious pricing mistake.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before an event begins. Bets will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the moment the bet was confirmed. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, 366bet may cancel that bet.

5.3 Live Betting

For in-play or live betting, bets may be rejected due to internet connection issues or processing delays. Odds change quickly in live betting, and it is not possible to guarantee bets at previously displayed odds.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum winnings in a given betting session or on a specific event may be capped. If this limit is exceeded, the excess amount will not be paid out. Please contact the support team for details.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 366bet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets with the intention of exploiting the bonus system (bonus arbitrage)
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Registering with a false identity or information
• Interfering with or defrauding other members

Violating these prohibitions may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Action by 366bet

366bet may suspend or permanently close any account due to a breach of the Terms, suspicious activity, or security reasons — prior notice is not required.

7.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account or take a temporary break, they can make a request through the support team. The responsible gaming guidelines contain detailed information on self-exclusion and breaks.

7.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited. If an account is closed for other reasons, any remaining valid balance will be returned once verification is complete.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 366bet platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 366bet is not directly liable if services are interrupted due to internet outages, server errors, or other technical issues.

Participation in betting and casino games is entirely a personal decision and at the individual's own risk. 366bet bears no liability for losses incurred. 366bet reserves the right to cancel any unusual winnings obtained as a result of a technical error.

366bet does not bear responsibility for any issues with the software of third-party game providers, but will attempt to assist in resolving the problem.

9 Intellectual Property and Privacy

All content on the 366bet platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is owned by the respective rights holders. Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

10 Changes, Enforceability and Contact

10.1 Changes to the Terms

366bet reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of services on the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Members may be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.

10.2 Partial Enforceability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
